Compute measured and theoretical auto-spectra and coherence

<p dir="ltr">These files contain Python scripts that can compute the measured auto-spectra and coherence as well fit the auto-spectra to the Syed-Mann model (2024).</p><p dir="ltr">Example.ipynb shows some examples on how to do computations.</p><p dir="ltr">post_proc_functions contains the functions used in Example.ipynb. Each function has a short description within the file.</p><p dir="ltr">Please ensure that the C++ functions and executable are in the same directory as Example.ipynb and post_proc_functions.py.
