Murine loperamide study data analysis

<p dir="ltr">Scripts used for data analysis in the manuscript "Loperamide increases mouse gut transit time in a dose-dependent manner with treatment duration-dependent effects on distinct gut microbial taxa". The data analysis was performed in R studio (v. 4.3.1). All files in the input folder must be downloaded to perform the analysis.</p><p dir="ltr">The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of different Imolope doses (0, 5, 7.5, and 10 mg/kg) on the mouse intestinal transit time and to investigate the effects of increasing transit time on the gut microbial community. Moreover, <i>in vitro </i>fermentation of mice feces from control animals was performed with and without Imolope in the media to test for direct effects of the drug.</p>
