Optimized DADA2 pipeline for 16S rRNA gene sequencing using IonTorrent

Implementation of DADA2 for iontorrent 16S rRNA gene sequencing data as used research group for Gut, Microbe, and Health at National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark.

The pipeline applies the current best practices for running DADA2 analysis of sequencing data from the IonTorrent platform, in a reproducible manner.

Instructions for how to install and use this pipeline is written in the README.md file.
