<p dir="ltr">This project serves as supplementary material for the publication <i>3D Imaging of Optical Modes in Dielectric Photonic Nanocavities with Sub-wavelength Field Confinement</i>. It includes the dataset, Python scripts based on the open-source Python library HyperSpy (GPLv3), and example results obtained by applying these scripts to the provided data.
