Data for: Genetic recovery of two wild seatrout populations following long-term stocking with non-native conspecifics
The file is a comma-separated file, where each row gives a list of 288 SNP genotypes in samples of Sea trout (Salmo trutta), with one row per individual. Each individual is denoted by its collection and individual fish ID corresponding to data found in Supplementary material for Bekkevold et al. (2025), Molecular Ecology, DOI:10.1111/mec.70036.
The top row contains a title. Second row lists individual SNP locus names as published in Bekkevold, D., Hojesjo, J., Nielsen, E. E., et al. (2020). Northern European Salmo trutta (L.) populations are genetically divergent across geographical regions and environmental gradients. Evolutionary Applications, 13, 400-416. https://doi.org/10.1111/eva.12877.
Genotypes are given as the concatenation of two alleles (01,02,03,04). Missing genotypes are given as '0000'.
