<p dir="ltr">This is the dataset generated for the manuscript "Multi-spectral optoacoustic microscopy driven by gas-filled hollow-core fiber laser pulses". The dataset include the fiber loss and the characterization of the laser as excitation source as well as the characterization of the optoacoustic microscope. Furthermore, the data generated during the various bioimaging of hair, gelatin patch and pig tissue samples are also included. </p>
