Flywheel calibration of coherent Doppler wind lidar

Dataset containing raw, synchronized measurements from coherent Doppler wind lidar, reference flywheel, and inclinometer used for calibration of the former. The dataset contains a number of calibration runs performed at different reference speeds and laser focus settings. Matlab scripts for data analysis to be published in an independent item.
