ITC 2019 post-competition reduced datasets

This is the post-competition reduced version of the International Timetabling Competition 2019 (ITC 2019) datasets. The datasets have been reduced after the competition deadline and were thus not used during the competition. The files are in the same format as the original ITC 2019 datasets, making them easy to use.
