Module level IV curve data set

Dataset of module-level IV curves with module temperature and plane of array irradiance measurements (front and back side) taken on bifacial PV modules. From 25 degree fixed-tilt, southfacing PV array at DTU Risø taken between 05/2023 and 04/2024. This dataset was featured in the publication "Benchmarking equivalent circuit models for the IV characteristic of bifacial photovoltaic modules".
