SAR wind atlas US East Coast

Synthetic Aperture Radar derived wind atlas for the US East Coast. Data contains mean wind speed at 10m, Weibull parameters, Energy density, and number of samples. The wind speed is calculated as a monthly mean and a seasonal corrected mean wind speed.
