µCT videos of data collected at the DANMAX beamline of MAX IV. Data shows how hydraulic activation of stomata can be achieved using a controlled system with high humidity and low CO2 content. Waterfilms containing iohexole for contrast were applied to barley and potato leaves at varying surface tensions and then scanned at times ranging from 30 min to 14 hours after application. All plants are scanned in a custom build sample holder keeping the plants in a controlled atmosphere and exposed to as little radiation as possible.
