The file is a comma-separated file, where each row gives a list of 59 SNP genotypes in Atlantic herring; one row per individual (3690 total). Each individual is denoted by its number ('Fish_no'), followed by collection location or scientific cruise ID ('Location_Cruise') following Tables 1-2 in Bekkevold et al. (DOI:10.1093/icesjms/fsac223), followed by collection year ('Collection_year'). Individual SNP locus names are given in the top row. Genotypes are given as the two alleles separated by commas. Missing genotypes are given as 'NA'.
