This repository contains all supporting materials for the research paper by Henriksen et al. (2024), titled "Effects of sediment type and light availability on the burying behavior of small sandeel (Ammodytes tobianus)." Included are the README file, raw data, R script for statistical analysis, and model coding, which facilitate the replication of our findings and further exploration of sediment preferences and light influence on sandeel behavior. These materials provide a comprehensive insight into the methodology and statistical analysis applied in the study, using R and the TMB package.
