BlueArray Plan for Dissemination and Communication Activities

<p dir="ltr">This deliverable describes the plan for dissemination and communication activities (PDCA) for the BlueArray project. For this period of project, BlueArray mainly focuses on the plans of activities. The execution of the PDCA will be discussed in the final version of the report as deliverable D4.8.</p><p dir="ltr">The PDCA identifies the key target audiences, from the scientific community to the general public, documenting the way in which the project will communicate effectively within the consortium and externally throughout the project period. According to the target audiences, BlueArray has established a detailed and measurable PDCA.
