Country Low Carbon Pledge Pipeline

The Pledge Pipeline Analysis and Database contains information about the historical greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from all countries for the years 1990, 2005, 2010, and 2015. This information is updated every time a country submit a National Communication or a Biannual Update Report to the UNFCCC. see: https://unfccc.int/process/transparency-and-reporting/reporting-and-review-under-convention/biennial-update-reports-0
