SEAwise report on Communications Strategy and Activities (3rd year)
This report summarises key SEAwise communications and outreach activities conducted from September 2023 - September 2024. During this period, communications actions have centred on the development and publication of accessible public summaries of SEAwise research; ongoing social media engagement and management; showcasing the work of SEAwise and the people behind the project via public-facing blog posts on the project’s website; monthly publication of a SEAwise newsletter; engagement with the media and development of the SEAwise EBFM Tool. These activities have been supplemented with work towards planning and development of short Case Study films, which – along with the website and the EBFM Tool – will act as a legacy for SEAwise beyond the project’s lifetime. All activities have been undertaken in line with the objectives and agreed methods of the SEAwise Communications and Social Media Strategies and supported by input from Work Package, Case Study and Task leads, where appropriate.
