Scripts for: Thermodynamics of amyloid fibril formation from non-equilibrium experiments of growth and dissociation

<div>Jupyter notebooks (Python code) used for data analysis of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) and differential scanning fluorimetry (DSF) data of the PI3K-SH3 amyloid fibrils under study (<a href="https://doi.org/10.11583/DTU.13681516" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">10.11583/DTU.13681516</a>). The analyses performed include kinetic analysis of the growth and dissociation of the fibrils as well as thermodynamical properties.</div><div><br></div><div>The associated data files are specified in the beginning of each of the Jupyter Notebooks.<br></div><div><br></div><div>The scripts use the Python 3.7 and packages Numpy, Matplotlib, Pandas, and LMfit.</div><div><br></div> © Technical University of Denmark
