Jupyter notebooks (Python code) used for data analysis of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) and differential scanning fluorimetry (DSF) data of the PI3K-SH3 amyloid fibrils under study (10.11583/DTU.13681516). The analyses performed include kinetic analysis of the growth and dissociation of the fibrils as well as thermodynamical properties.

The associated data files are specified in the beginning of each of the Jupyter Notebooks.

The scripts use the Python 3.7 and packages Numpy, Matplotlib, Pandas, and LMfit.
