HAWC2 input data and statistics of time series for the DTU10MW and IEA10MW wind turbines for DLC1.2 HAWC2 input files and statistics of the time series for the DTU10MW and IEA10MW turbines as used for studying the effect of geometric non-linear model fidelities. This data set is used in the publication "The effects of blade structural model fidelity on wind turbine load analysis and computation time". Please note that the versions of the DTU and IEA10MW models used here are slightly different compared to the original models: the DTU10MW has a small offset on the blade twist distribution, and the IEA10MW has a different drive train mass and inertia. Each model configuration is placed in one folder, whereby the folder name indicates how many bodies have been used for the blade. The default solver is dense, and when "_sparse" occurs in the folder name the sparse matrix solver has been used. Each folder contains the following HAWC2 inputs, placed in the corresponding folders: * control: DLLs of the DTU Wind Energy controller (https://gitlab.windenergy.dtu.dk/OpenLAC/BasicDTUController, https://gitlab.windenergy.dtu.dk/OpenLAC/servosandutilities) * data: structural and aerodynamic input files in HAWC2 format, see HAWC2 manual for a detailed description: http://www.hawc2.dk/download/hawc2-manual * htc: main HAWC2 input files for each load case, including master file and load case definition spreadsheets. See HAWC2 manual for a detailed description of the file format: http://www.hawc2.dk/download/hawc2-manual * prepost-data: post-processed data, including statistics, load envelopes, error log file analysis, life time equivalent loads (leq), and annual energy production (AEP). The data formats and methods used for the post-processing are described in more detail on the Wind Energy Toolbox documentation and project web site: https://gitlab.windenergy.dtu.dk/toolbox/WindEnergyToolbox and https://gitlab.windenergy.dtu.dk/toolbox/WindEnergyToolbox/blob/master/docs/howto-make-dlcs.md For more questions regarding the data formats, contact dave@dtu.dk or ozgo@dtu.dk
